Real Wedding: Nat & Boon, Kamana Ceremony + Reception
Nat and Boon had their tea ceremony right before the reception started. Nat changed to a traditional Chinese Qipao (Chipao) for the tea ceremony. Stunning!
The tea ceremony is for the bride and groom to show respect to the parents by serving the tea and starting to call each other's parents "Mom and Dad".
Parents, in turn, show their acceptance of the marriage by giving out the "red pockets" that are filled with money! 😏😏
